* While plastic tickets are more tolerant of limited water exposure than paper tickets, plastic tickets are not waterproof. For best results, they should be kept out of water. If the tickets are exposed to water, the thermal side of the ticket should be dried as quickly as possible to avoid damaging the thermal surface. Placing the wet, thermal surface in contact with another ticket or certain other materials may result in faded or disappearing printout.
** These papers have an economy grade topcoating. The use of this material may require the user to clean the print head more frequently, especially on tickets with heavy ink coverage.
*** The semi-gloss rear side of these papers produces excellent four color process images. However, these papers will require the user to clean their printer platens more frequently. The frequency of the cleanings will depend on the ticket volume and the volume of ink printed on the ticket rear.
